This Privacy Policy explains how Gem Cascade ("the app," "we," "us") handles information when you play. Gem Cascade is built to run entirely on your device, and every statement below reflects that design choice rather than a generic legal template.

Gem Cascade does not collect, request, or transmit any personally identifiable information. There is no account creation, no sign-in, no email address, and no contact-list access required or requested to play the game.

To remember your progress between sessions, the app saves the following directly on your device only:

• Your current level and which levels you've unlocked
• Your star rating earned on each completed level
• Your in-game coin balance
• Your Sound, Music, and Haptics on/off preferences

This data is stored locally using your device's standard app storage. It is never uploaded to us, never shared with any third party, and never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage permanently deletes this data.

Gem Cascade may request access to device vibration to provide haptic feedback when you match gems — an optional setting you can turn off at any time. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.

Gem Cascade does not currently integrate any third-party advertising network, analytics platform, or crash-reporting tool. The app makes no network requests and can be played fully offline, from install to every level.

Because Gem Cascade does not collect personal information from any player, the app is safe for players of all ages, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted by the app, there is no personal data at risk through our systems. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security.

You're in control of the small amount of data the app keeps:

• Turn Sound, Music, or Haptics on or off any time from Settings.
• Use "Reset Progress" in Settings to erase your level, star, and coin data and start fresh from level 1.
• Uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored data permanently.

If we add features that change how data is handled in the future — for example, online leaderboards, cloud save, or advertising — we will update this Privacy Policy before that feature goes live and revise the effective date above.
